New secret destructive weapons, now being mass produced in America, will soon surprise the Germans and Japanese, said the president of the Aeronautical Chamber of Commerce, Colonel John Juett in a speech. He added: “Without trespassing the censor’s forbidden ground, I may say that what we have heard so far about destruction by aviation is nothing compared with what we have in store in the future. America is under way towards greatly increasing the output of four-engined bombers which are the very symbols of destruction.”
