NATIONAL SAVINGS
MANY TOWNS REACH QUOTA. 112 IN PAST WEEK. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, This Day. For the week ended January 24, 112 towns had attained their quotas of national savings investments. This number includes four which had not previously been successful, namely, Whakapara; Tikitiki, Waimiha and Riversdale. To date 278 towns have attained their quotas at least on'one occasion. A number of places have recorded a very happy continuity of success.
