TRAINING IN NEW ZEALAND. ' STATEMENT BY MINISTER. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, This Day. The Minister for Defence, Mr F. Jones, stated today that it was interesting to note that the New Zealand Government had agreed to accept a certain number of officers of the Burmese Air Force, for advanced training with the Royal New Zealand Air Force. These officers will carry out the full service flying training course and no difficulty has been experienced in combining their training with the ordinary advanced training of" New Zealand pilots.
