ORGANISATION IN PORTUGAL. (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) LONDON. January 24. Moscow radio, quoting the Tass agency’s Lisbon correspondent, says that two divisions of potential German “fifth columnists” have already been formed in Portugal from the German colony of 20,000, with stores, arms, ammunition and hidden dumps along the Portuguese frontier with Spain.
