MOTICE is hereby given that Constance Peace Palmer, of Mauriceville West, late storekeeper, has assigned her estate to Ernest Keith Eastwood, of Masterton, Public Accountant, for the benefit of her creditors. All persons or firms having claims against the above-named are required to forward particulars of such, duly certified, to the Assignee at his address, 5' Perry Street, Masterton, on or before SATURDAY, February 28, 1942, as otherwise they may be excluded from the benefit of any distribution.
