ENGLISH & FRENCH PATROLS ON SOMALILAND BORDER AREA ACCORDING TO BERLIN RADIO. (By Telegraph—Press Association —Copyright) (Received This Day, 11.45 a.m.) LONDON. January 15. The Berlin radio, quoting a Vichy report, said English and French patrols clashed on the border of AngloFrench Somaliland. Three British were killed and one injured. A British plane machine-gunned the French patrol.
