NAZI ADMISSION
ARMY COMMAND CHANGES BUT CRISIS OF GENERALS DENIED. DIFFICULTY IN FINDING NEW MEN. STOCKHOLM, January 13. The “Dagens Nyheter’s” Berlin correspondent states that the German High Command’s official spokesman admitted comprehensive changes in the German army command on “the Russian front, but denied the existence of “a crisis of generals.” Well-informed circles in Stockholm are convinced that the announcement of the changes has been delayed because of the difficulty of finding capable successors.
