FROZEN MEAT
PURCHASE BY AUSTRALIAN GOVERNMENT. (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) CANBERRA, January 8. All frozen meat of export quality will be purchased by the Federal Government from next week .The Minister of Commerce, Mr Scully, said prices would be slightly less than those under the contract with the British Government-. Arrangements were also being made for the purchase of canned meat for export.
