UNITED STATES
AND LATIN REPUBLICS. DIPLOMATIC RELATIONS. (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) (Received This Day, 1.0 p.m.) WASHINGTON, January 5. The United States is placing its diplomatic relations with all South American countries on a full Embassy status this week. The only three republics .with a legation rating at present are Bolivia, Ecuador and Paraguay, which will have Embassies in future. The others already have Embassy status.
