R.S.A. CONGRATULATIONS. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, This Day. The following cablegram has been sent by the New Zealand Returned Services Association to Major-General Sir Bernard Freyberg on the occasion of the conferment of a knighthood upon him: — “The New Zealand Returned Services Association, which now includes 1000 men who have served under you, heartily congratulates you on winning the spurs of knighthood on the field of battle, and. knows that you will wear them like the true warrior you are.” —W.
