TpHE Several Companies whose names appear below again draw public notice to the fact that their branded Bottles are never sold, but always remain the sole property of the Company whose name and brand appears thereon. The use of such bottles by other persons is illegal. All such Bottles, when emptied of their original contents, must forthwith on demand be delivered either to the Company whose name and brand appears thereon, or to its Agent appointed in that behalf. Notice is hereby given that legal proceedings will be taken against anyone wrongfully using, dealing in, or retaining such Bottles. The use of such Bottles by others than those authorised by the Company to do so is illegal. NTOTICE is hereby given that, pursuant to Section 8 of “The Dog Registraction Act, 1908,” the fee for the Registration of Dogs in the County of Masterton for the year 1942 is now due and payable to the Registrar of Dogs at the County Office, Chapel Street, Masterton, or to Nicholas John Gerrand, DeputyRegistrar, who is empowered to collect Registration Fees. The amount of the fee for the registration of any dog of a greater age than six (6) months has been fixed by the Council at two shillings and six pence (2/6), and a further fee of one shilling (1/-) per dog for the supply of the preparation known as Arecoline Hydrobromide, being the approved remedy to be used in the prevention of hydaua disease such fee being fixed by tne Regulation pursuant to the provisions of the Dog Registration Amendment Act, 1937, making a total fee pay able for the registration year 1942 of three shillings and sixpence (3/6).
