MAORI BOY DROWNED
FATALITY AT BULLER LAKE
(By Telegraph—Press Association.) LEVIN. This Day. A Maori boy, Kenneth Kuiti, 14, son of Mr Robert Kuiti, Muhunoa West, was drowned in Buller Lake yesterday morning. With other children he was playing on the edge of the lake with an old punt when he slipped in and disappeared. He was wearing knee-, boots. The body was recovered an hour later.
