The authorities announce that a powerful Japanese radio station, impersonating the official San Francisco radio station KGEI, falsely broadcast tonight as follows:—“San Francisco is just undergoing a disastrous bombing attack by the Japanese Air Fleet. Many buildings have been destroyed or are in flames.” The authorities warn the population to note that the feigned broadcast was from Japan.
