TALKS ON POST-WAR ORGANISATION WITH STALIN & MOLOTOV. IMPORTANT FORWARD STEP. (British Official Wireless.) (Received This Day, 1.15 p.m.) RUGBY, December 28. The Foreign Office announced: “In the second half of December, 1941, there took place in Moscow, between M.M. Stalin and Molotov on tHe one hand and Mr Eden (British Foreign Secretary) on the other, an exhaustive exchange of views on questions relating to the conduct of the war and to the post-war organisation of peace and security in Europe. The exchange of views on questions relating to the post-war organisation of peace and security provided much important and useful material which will facilitate the 'future elaboration of concrete proposals on this subject. The conversations constitute a new and important forward step towards closer collaboration between the Soviet and Britain.”
