•The Vichy Government is carrying out many “reforms.” “Paris Soir,” in a recent issue, announced that it has been decided to reduce the number of jurymen from twelve to eight. That alone would not be too bad, but, it adds, in future the judges composing the court will take part in the deliberations of the jury.
