MR M. B. TAIT
RESIGNS FROM POWER BOARD. The resignation of Mr M. B. Tait, on account of ill health, was received with regret at today’s meeting of the Wairarapa Electric Power Board. The chairman, Mr A. C. Pearce, referred to Mr Tait’s good work on the board as representative of the Featherston borough. A motion of condolence with Mr Tait in the death of his wife was carried in silence.
