Bookings which have been made on all trains from and including 20th instant, including the normal services which will be retained, will be cancelled, and on request, a refund of the fares paid, together with the reserved seat or sleeping car charge, will be made. Those persons who have adequate reasons for desiring to travel on and after 20th instant, may re-book by the ordinary services provided there is room available. All intending passengers for distances beyond 100 miles must be prepared to give their reasons for desiring to travel. No guarantee can be given that accommodation will be available for the return journey, as trains may be cancelled without notice, should circumstances necessitate such action. BY ORDER.
