THE EMPIRE SCHEME. EXPANSION IN CANADA. (By Telegraph—Press Association— Copyright) (Received This Day, 11.45 a.m.) OTTAWA, December 16. Canada today completed the Commonwealth Air Training Scheme, opening the last scheduled bombing and gunnery school at Mount Joli, Quebec. The entire scheme now contains 93 schools, 1,860 buildings and a hundred aerodromes. Recruits so far trained include thousands of New Zealanders and Australians and also ten per cent of Americans.
