DIED FROM WOUNDS

EX-MASTERTON SOLDIER. The many friends of Private Andrew Jack (*’Mick”) Taggart will regret to hear of his death from wounds in Libya on December 3. He was the youngest son of Mr and Mrs A. Taggart, for many years residents of Matahiwi, and now of 50 Fitzherbert Street, Petone. Private A. J. Taggart, who left with the Third Echelon, was very popular with a large circle of friends in the Wairarapa.
