DRUIDS’ LODGE
HALF-YEARLY MEETING. There was a large attendance at the half-yearly meeting of Stonehenge Lodge of Druids. Acting A.D. Bro. L. M. Knudson presided. Officers for the ensuing term were installed by the district president, Bro. A. J. Dew as follow: —J.P.A., Bro, A. G. Swinn; A.D., Bro. C. A. Pickering; V.A., Bro. F. Hartmann; secretary, Bro. H. A. R. Dunderdale; treasurer, Bro. W. R.Pawson; 1.G., Sister Corlet; 0.G., Bro. C. N. Cole; A.D. Bards, Bros. A. W. Russell and L. J. Fulton; V.A. Bards, Sisters Dixon and Schaeffer; musician, Bro. C. F. Mills; M.C., Bro. N. F. Keightley; U.F.S. Council, Bro. C. A. Pickering. At the conclusion of the installation the district president was congratulated and accorded a vote of thanks for the capable manner in which he had carried out the ceremony. The A.D.and ten past officers of Totara Lodge were present and were accorded a hearty welcome by A.D. Bro. Pickering, A member from Blenheim was accepted by clearance and welcomed on behalf of the ledge. A committee to control the Christmas tea arrangements was set up.
