GAS PROTOCOL
BRITISH NOTE TO ENEMY POWERS. (British Official Wireless.) (Received This Day, 10.30 a.m.) RUGBY, December 9. It is stated authoritatively that messages have been sent by the British Government to the Governments of Japan, Finland, Hungary and Rumania informing them that Britain intends to abide by the Gas Protocol of the Geneva Convention of June, 1935, . and asking for assurances that they will do the same.
