MADE ON GERMANS IN PARIS MORE RESTRICTIONS ORDERED. APPEAL BY DE BRINON. (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) LONDON, December 8. The Berlin news agency says that two further attacks have been made on German soldiers in Paris. A lieutenant was shot on Saturday night and is likely to die. A bomb at midday yesterday badly damaged a Montparnasse restaurant occupied by German soldiers. There were no casualties. The military governor of Paris has ordered all restaurants and theatres to close at 5 p.m. and forbidden traffic in the Seine Department between 6 p.m. and 5 a.m. The Vichy envoy to Paris, Count de Brinon, again appealed to Parisians not to support terrorism. “Adversaries of French unity craftily attack soldiers of the trmy of occupation, which is carrying out its duties,” he added.
