MESSRS WRIGHT, STEPHENSON & CO., LTD., have received instructions from the Trustee in the above Estate' to sell, by Public Auction, at their office, Chapel Street, Masterton, at 3 p.m. on December 3, 1941, the hereunder described property: — ALL that parcel of land, containing 272 acres, more or less, situate in Block IX. of the Kopuaranga Survey District, being part of Section 23 of the Opaki Block, part of the said land being also Lots 33, 34, 35, 36, 37, 38, 39, and part of Lot 32 on a plan deposited in the Deeds Register Office at Wellington, together with the dwelling, farm buildings, out-: houses and improvements erected upon such foregoing parcels of land.
