BY BRITAIN & UNITED STATES FINLAND TO BE CLASSED AS AGGRESSOR. UNLESS SHE CEASES WAR ON SOVIET. (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) (Received This Day, 11.10 a.m.) WASHINGTON, November 28. Authoritative sources stated that the United States and Britain probably will act jointly within a few days to class Finland as an Axis Power unless she gives evidence of abandoning her war against the Soviet. Britain will declare war and the United States will cancel loans already authorised and class Finland as an aggressor nation.
