MEN FOR NAVY
NEEDED TO MAN NEW SHIPS. VOLUNTEERS AGAIN INVITED IN BRITAIN. (British Official Wireless.) (Received This Day, 11.20 a.m.) RUGBY, November 28. It is authoritatively stated that the Admiralty, which for some time has been compelled, to refuse many men for the Royal Navy because’ the flow oi volunteers was too great, now again requires recruits to man the large amount of new tonange being completed under war programmes. The classes principally wanted are seamen and marines, and men with engineering and technical qualifications.
