OTTAWA, November 21. '• The Minister of National Defence for Air, the Hon. C. G. Power, referring in the House of Commons to the British Commonwealth Air Training Plan, said the personnel the sister Dominions 'had sent “had been most excellent and outstanding in our schools. Australian and New Zealand pupils have already made names for themselves in the way of the discipline, energy and enthusiasm they show in their work.”
