UNITED STATES & BRITAIN EXTENSION ANTICIPATED IN ATLANTIC. CONVOYS MAY BE ESCORTED ALL THE WAY. (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) LONDON, November 26. An unofficial report in London says it is believed the convoy system in the Atlantic is to be reorganised shortly to provide for greater co-operation between the British and United States navies. Another report states that the first American merchant ships to be armed are expected to be ready within a few days. .•
