ENEMY PERMITTED NO REST.

LONDON, November 24. M. Lovosky, the Soviet Press chief, said today: “The Germans have a stupid idea that they can stabilise the front during the winter months, but the Red Army does not intend to give them one minute’s rest during the entire winter campaign.

“The war is becoming protracted. The resources of the Soviet Union, and its friends and allies, are inexhaustible. That is why the Germans and Italians, in spite of successes, reach the sixth month of the war with negative results.”
