BRITISH PLANES AGAIN OVER FRANCE SHIP SUNK BY COASTAL COMMAND. HITS SCORED ON PATROL VESSEL. LONDON, November 18. R.A.F. fighter-bombers were again over Northern France today, attacking factories, railway yards and trains. One enemy fighter was shot down. Coastal Com'mand bombers attacked a 500 ton ship off the French coast and when she was last seen only the funnel was above the water. Several hits were also scored on a patrol vessel off the Netherlands coast. None of our planes were lost. ENEMY RAIDS SOME DAMAGE TO HOUSES IN EAST ANGLIA. NO SERIOUS CASUALTIES. LONDON, November 18. There was slight enemy activity over Britain last night. A few planes flew over coastal areas in south and south-east England. Bombs were dropped at two places, both in East Anglia. Houses were daamged but no one was seriously injured. RAID ON NAPLES R.A.F. PLANES ATTACK IN WAVES. LONDON, November 18. An Italian communique reports another British air attack on Naples. R.A.F. planes attacked in successive waves. “No great material damage was done,” the communique states, “but a single bomb killed 28 persons and injured 40.” NAZI TRIBUTE TO POWER OF R.A.F. BOMBS. LONDON, November 17. So devastating are the Royal Air Force bombs, says the “Daily Express,” that the Germans have given them a new name, Bezirksbomben (section bombs), because they mow down whole sections of towns.
