RUMANIAN OIL

The Swiss radio repeated a message from Berlin, to the effect that Dr. Funk, at a dinner -in honour of the Rumanian Trade Minister, announced that Rumania had given permission to Germany to build up and exploit all Rumanian sources of oil. Coincidentally a Moscow radio announcer stated that sabotage in Rumania had resulted in the German Army receiving 15 to 20 1 per cent'less oil than was stipulated.
