SIR STAFFORD CRIPPS

; LIKELY TO RETURN SOON TO BRITAIN. IN ORDER TO RE-ENTER PARLIAMENT. (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) LONDON, November 10. The British Ambassador, Sir Stafford Cripps, is expected to leave Moscow soon and return to England. It is unlikely he will go back to Russia. It is understood that he feels that with the completion of the BritishRussians alliance his mission has been entirely fulfilled. He is reported to be anxious to re-enter Parliament.

Sir Stafford Cripps has a seat in the House of Commons, being a member for East Bristol. He was a member of the Labour Party but was expelled in 1939 for his advocacy of a LabourCommunist “united front.”
