Solari, acting head of the Congressional Committee investigating subversive activities, declares that he has evidence confirming President Roosevelt’s recent reference to a German map of South America. Senor Solari said Hitler had appointed a leader of the projected “Ibero American Protectorate” and named regional directors to control Nazi organisation units in Argentina and other South American nations. Books and maps found by the committee investigators confirmed the map President Roosevelt mentioned on October 27. ,
