Seme rain in ranges, but weather otherwise mainly cloudy and cool. FURTHER OUTLOOK: Cold southerly change. LOCAL REPORTS. Miss A. M. Brown reports as follows for the 24 hours ended 9 a.m. today: — Barograph, 29.70; shade temperature, maximum 67.2, minimum 50.6, terrestrial 42.4; sunshine, 8 hours 18 minutes; rain, 4 points. Mr H.
