SATISFACTORY WORK

DONE BY PRESBYTERIAN ASSEMBLY. MODERATOR’S COMMENT. The Rt. Rev. John Davie, Moderator of the General Assembly of the Presbyterian Church of New Zealand, returned to Masterton this morning from the meeting of the Assembly. Mr Davie expressed satisfaction with the work which had been carried out at the sessions and stated that many matters of an important nature —in particular Church Union —had been discussed.
