TURKISH TRADE

.. NEGOTIATIONS WITH AXIS COUNTRIES. (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) (Received This Day, 12.30 p.m.) LONDON, November 11. Turkey is negotiating trade agreements with three Axis countries, reports the British United Press Ankara correspondent. An agreement with Italy is expected soon and talks with Rumania and Hungary are reported to have started. The transport of goods is the main difficulty and the negotiations have been opened partly because of the increased vigilance of the Russian submarines in the Black Sea.
