A message from Ankara says that reports reaching there state that the Germans, while trying to blast out the Yugoslav guerillas from Belgrade, have so damaged the city that only two of its hotels are now habitable. With bombs, shells and paratroops they have wiped out a score of towns and villages, and they are .depopulating the capital by executions. However, the guerilla war rages more fiercely than ever, according to travellers who have reached Turkey.
