UNDER WEIGHT OF CRIMES STALIN ON HITLERITE GERMANY. RUSSIA'S LIBERATING MISSION. (Received This Day, • 9.5 a.m.) LONDON, November 7. M. Stalin, at the Red Army parade, in a speech, said: "The enemy is not. so strong. He is certainly terror-stricken and weak. Hunger sand impoverishment are now prevailing in Germany. She is bleeding to death. Another few months, another half-year and Hitlerite Germany must burst under the weight of her crimes. The whole world looks to you as the force capable of destroying the brigand’s hordes. “A great liberating mission has fallen to your lot—on to victory under the banner of Lenin!” M. Stalin said that despite temporary reverses, the Soviet Army was beating off enemy attacks along the whole front and dealing out heavy losses.
