BLOWN UP BY SABOTEURS NAZI MURDER CARNIVAL CONTINUES. MORE HOSTAGES SHOT IN YUGOSLAVIA.(By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) LONDON, November 3. The Independent French news agency reports that saboteurs have blown up the world’s longest tunnel on the Italian side of the Brenner Pass. Repairs are being feverishly pushed on. The Belgrade radio stated that it is learned from an authoritative source that 100 Communists and Jews were shot as a reprisal for an attack on a German soldier. The Norwegian news agency stated that a German military court has sentenced to death six Norwegians on charges of assisting the enemy. The Germans are restricting coastal shipping with the object of stopping constant escapes to Britain, and small boats have been forbidden to go to sea during darkness. Lyons radio stated that a Spanish court has condemned in absentia “La Passionara” (Seriora Dolores Ibarruri, the Spanish Communist leader, who is in exile in Russia), to 15 years’ imprisonment and a heavy fine and deprived her of her Spanish nationality.
