Hair (member of the Wairarapa College Board of Governors). Considerable interest was taken in the cake competition. Mrs V. Heath won the fruit cake section and Miss L. Webber was second. Two College boys, Masters N. Dickel and Evans; were first and second, respectively, in the butter sponge competition. The sponge sandwich was won by Mrs B. Blatchford with Mrs W. R. Nicol second.
