MODEL CITV AT THE SHOW
Depicting in detail the life and bustle of a modern city in miniature the Model City exhibit which is located in the amusement section at the Carterton Show will prove a great attraction and no visitor to the show should fail to see this wonderful exhibition. Street scenes, shops and law courts are realistically reproduced, and even a circus is included in the display. Everything is seen moving and working and is faithfully reproduced. This mechanical exhibition is, in fact, the cleverest presentation that has ever visited Carterton and it is really marvellous how the natural movements are depicted. It is said to be realistic in the extreme and so entertaining that at other shows crowds flocked into the tent every minute of the day and night, and once inside “linger long” at the many scenes which are presented before their eyes. It is claimed to be “the show of shows,” and no visitors should miss it even if their time is limited.
