TRY THIS FOR BREAKFAST
GRILLED KIDNEYS WITH BACON. Remove skin and hard centre from kidneys, sprinkle with a little lemon juice and melted butter and grill quickly under a hot griller. Turn now and again so they will bcome brown all over. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, and if liked a little chopped parsley and a little more butter. Serve on buttered toast with grilled bacon.
