SENTENCES ON CZECHS

HELP GIVEN TO PARACHUTISTS.

LONDON, October 27.

The Prague- radio revealed that death sentences on six persons at Brno yesterday were for assisting enemy agents dropped by parachute in Bohemia and Moravia. Those sentenced not only hid the parachutists and failed to inform the authorities but obstructed "investigations. A Czech gendarme even handed his rifle to a parachutist.

The German authorities told the population that information concerning saboteurs would be treated confidentially and rewards given if a capture were made.
