The weather is fine and the track holding. The attendance is good. Results: — GREENLANE HANDICAP, 11 miles. 2/2 Worthy Worker, 12yds (C. G. Smith) 1 2/2 Gaynor, 12yds (Holmes) 2 1/2 Steel King, 36yds (Gerrard) .... 3 Ser—Mac’s Jimmy, Range Finder, Vera Worthy, Bon Haven. Won by a length; 11. Time, 3.32. Worthy Worker was coupled with Gaynor and Alvis. IMPROVERS’ HANDICAP, Um. Second Division. 1/2 Gallant Maid, scr. (M. Holmes) 1 8/8 Scrounger, scr. (Cook) 2 3/3 Exporter, scr. (McMahon) 3 Scratched: Cardeau. Won by two lengths; half a length. Time, 3.29. Scrounger was bracketed with the winner.
