Noel Coward did not appear at the Mansion House to answer summonses for alleged breaches of the security regulations. He is charged with purchasing 5000 dollars’ vzorth of United States Treasury bonds in April without making a return of them to the Bank of England. He is also charged with owning other United States securities valued at £6194, of which-no return has been made. The proceedings were adjourned to November 6.
