SHIPMENTS TO RUSSIA
FROM UNITED STATES. USE OF ATLANTIC ROUTE. (By Telegraph—Press Association —Copyright) NEW YORK, October 22. The Maritime Commission announced that all shipments of aid to Russia henceforth will leave via Boston and not via Pacific ports. The change is designed to use Boston’s idle port facilities and also,to use the uhortest route to Russia—-i;e., to Archawgel.
