A United States District Court has sentenced William Fox, a former millionaire motion picture executive, to one year and one day’s imprisonment, and fined him 3,000 dollars, on a charge of conspiracy to obstruct justice and defraud the Government. Counsel said that an appeal to the Supreme Court would be made. Fox was released on bail of 15,000 dollars.
