ACTIVE IN LIBYA. ENEMY EVADES ACTION. (Received This Day, 10.5 a.m.) RUGBY, October 16. A British Cairo headquarters communique states: “Although our patrols were again active on the night of October 14 in the area outside Tobruk, and during yesterday in the frontier zone, no engagements with the enemy resulted.”
