IN THE UNITED STATES. HEAVY VOTE AGAINST ENTERING WAR. (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) (Received This Day, 12.20 p.m.) NEW YORK, October 15. Replying to a questionnaire circulated by the official Catholic Directory, 91 per cent of the 13,155 Roman Catholic clergy voted against the United States entering the war. Ninety per cent opposed aid to Russia.
