ALLEGED GRAFT
IN ARGENTINE CAPITAL POLICE ACTION TAKEN. AGAINST MUNICIPAL COUNCIL. (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) (Received This Day, 11.40 a.m.) BUENOS AIRES, October 13. Policemen armed with tear gas bombs prevented members of the Municipal Council entering the Council Chambers today, following on the Argentine Cabinet’s order dissolving the city’s legislative body on the grounds that several of the councillors are charged with graft. The Citj' Council challenged the legality of the dissolution order and declared its intention of remaining in permanent session at- a secret meeting place.
