Miss Beryl White, of Blenheim, is the guest of Mrs J. Lyttle, Bannister Street, Masterton. Mrs Saunders, Senr., of Waimate, is the guest of her son and daughter-in-law, Mr and Mrs W. H. Saunders, Essex Street, Master ton.
The many friends of Miss M. Harris, Solway, who entered the Masterton Hospital eleven weeks ago for treatment will be pleased to hear that she is progressing, favourably. Mrs S. M.- Burlace, of Woodville, is seriously ill in the Dannevirke Hospital. Her daughter, Mrs R. McGregor, has also been an inmate of the institution for some time past.
Miss Kathleen Dallas, a pupil of Miss Jeane Horne, Wellington, was successful in passing the elementary examination held in Wellington by the Royal Academy of Dancing, London.
